hazemomierWell youll need a VPS to install anything on the backend...
and it will get expensive.
Any vps host will do with some from of web based admin software and root access.

I'd like to say regarding step 6 (instant.page), if you're already using cloudflare you can install the app via the dashboard and it will automatically apply to all your pages. Visit this page https://www.cloudflare.com/apps/instant-page-app, login then install.
Just tried it and noticed a difference straight away
