Hello,

It has now been three weeks since I opened this issue, and I still have not received any meaningful customer support. The only response I continue to receive is, "We are looking into it."

After three weeks, I would expect a clear update, an explanation of the problem, an estimated timeline for resolution, or some form of concrete action. Repeating the same response without any progress is frustrating and does not inspire confidence.
