March 2nd, site was down six hours before I realized they don't do any monitoring or apparently checks after they make changes that causes my database to stop working or site to stop responding. They restarted my server and it started to work again.
April 17th (yesterday) it was down for about an hour and a half before I noticed it while at work. They said they rolled out some changes to help prevent this.
April 17th (last night same day) the site has gone down again, it's still down...
