Hello Xenforo 2.3 fans..
Why are these "ICONS" shown in the graphic missing after reinstalling Xenforo 2.3?
There are no plugins or anything else installed yet.
Is this still a general error in version XF "Beta3" Or can I fix this myself somewhere?
Or maybe I should wait for the first official 2.3 release.

Warum fehlen nach der Neuinstallation von Xenforo 2.3 diese auf der Grafik gezeigten "ICONS" ?
Es sind noch keine Plugins oder sonstige Sachen installiert.
Ist das noch ein genereller Fehler in der Version XF "Beta3"
Oder kann ich das selbst irgentwo reparieren?

Fixed, for anyone with same problem here is a fix

login to ssh go to forum folder and run php cmd.php xf:convert-utf8mb4

add to your src/config.php file:
$config['fullUnicode'] = true;

As we get ever closer to the fabled "release candidate" stage and the eventual stable release, today we are releasing the eighth beta for XenForo 2.3! Nothing particularly noteworthy this week other than a number of bug fixes.

Today we are advising all customers running XenForo that a potential security vulnerability has been identified. All affected customers running XenForo 2.3.0 should upgrade to XenForo 2.3.0 Release Candidate 1, including XenForo Media Gallery 2.3.0 Release Candidate 1 if needed.
