We don't like to do this much, yet it seems the only way to assist you my friend.

Database not configured correctly, check the DB settings and the provided user which has been configured and used to connect to the database.

Example:

GRANT ALL privileges on depot_test.* to test@localhost identified by 'mypass123';
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

Check what kind of settings you have configured and if that match with the created user in the database

@apex17 ok, localhost is accepted by Godaddy. Do you have your Database name, and your Database username switched around when going thru the Xenforo install process?
