Which resolution setting are you using for pictures?

Actually I'm using a Max size of 1920px x 1080px , in the XF option for pictures.
(but probably also a 2048 x 2048 It's ok... )

What are you using ?

because the resolution goes up so much that takes up a lot of space on your server

I mean, generally I don't limit file size attachment, I let a 10mb just for PDF documents, or small videos, but I set the pictures max size, to limit space. Otherwise some users upload pictures 6000x4000px , that for web is a no sense.
