Which of the add-ons are used to implement these specified features found in enxf.net ?

Hi, this is basically my first post at enxf
One of the things at enxf.net has gotten in my interest and I'd love to learn how could I do the same for my playground xf forum as well.

First one is the reply system which is kinda reddit alike, I would like to know how did you guys make it like this:

The second one is resource download countdown screen:

I would specially like to get attention of the forum admin @ENXF NET

first one is not an addon.. it's just in xenforo control panel inside quotation setting

Thanks for the reply but I think the second one that you referred is wrong, I meant the resource download page countdown, how did you get that?
