RSS Feed/News Weird Full Friendly URL Problem

I checked the box, but when going to the URL (without the /index.php), it just shows the Cloudways PHP hosting screen. But if I add the /index.php and load the site, it shows the forum, and also drops the /index.php automatically (full friendly), and from then on if I go to the URL without the/index.php added on, it still loads the forum.
