Replace : <xf:js src="foroagency/coloredusername/index.js" />

add this $0 after that line.

This addon is working on my site perfect i dunno whats wrong in your source code

(it's not showing the CSS for the forum inside a category) I changed the addon to Liam's Global Name Styling and it's now working
