I don't recall seeing an addon for this type of function, if there is one, please link to it.
I have a community which highly values privacy and wishes to establish a level of trust before adding new users to certain subforums.
I am in need of a function which allows for one user to [attest to, verify, confirm, corroborate, endorse, sponsor] another user.
Think of this like a conditional User Upgrade, or a reverse of Waindigo's Join User Group. It might look something like this...
