RSS Feed/News User is reporting they can't see a posters content despite not ignoring them?

Two questions: I feel like I remember a way to log in or at least view the forum as that poster.. is that accurate?

Second, any thoughts? Just happened out of the blue. I was able to figure enough out through ACP that they haven't ignored any posters, ever.
