Under admin.php?options/groups/attachments/#allowVideoUploads
the following option is unchecked [ ] Allow video/audio uploads with maximum file size
However, I noticed on the editor toolbar, if you click the final triple-dot menu, then video icon appears on 4-item menu that has horizontal line, video, spoiler, and code
If video/audio uploads are disabled, shouldn't the video upload (drop video (or click here)) editor button not be shown?
