RSS Feed/News Unexpected files in the 2.3.13 upgrade zip?

While preparing our upgrade from 2.3.11 to 2.3.13, I noticed two directories in upload/ that I don't recognise from previous releases:

• upload/.agents/skills/ - empty (maybe related to the stubs/ai-agents/skills/files?)
• upload/workers/xf-bounce-consumer/ - contains wrangler(.cloud).jsonc and src/index(.test).js, described as "Queue consumer for Cloudflare Email Sending events."

Are these intended to ship with the standard release, or...
