akhigifsicle it is a tool which can be downloaded for windows or linux, this need to be installed, because it will be called via exec inside the scripts.

LINUX
apt install gifsicle
yum install gifsicle

WINDOWS
gifsicle x64 version on windows x64 by placing the program in the system32 folder

pindickWhich OS you are running on, it is totaly easy and more or less described in that post above https://enxf.net/threads/uh-gd-gif-animations.6801/post-40905

Check the version of PHP by running php -v, here you can find which version you need x86 or x64
Windows:
Download gifsicle and place it for x64 into system32 for x86 in syswow64
