Trying to upload gif in profile banner but it not works.

As the title says, I'm trying to upload gif in profile banner but it appears the next error.

Not only does it happen with the gif banner that I want to put in the profile banner, but it also happens with any gif that I want to put in the profile banner.

AlmightyCheck your error log in ACP, what does it say ? If there is nothing, check your browser dev console (F12)

AlmightySeems like XenForo loses MySQL connection when uploading an image or if MySQL server is not set properly, for example if your MySQL server uses a low set of allowed packet size. You may reach out to your host about this.
