NotMyFaultIt is working as well under 2.1.x and I guess it is the same problem as I had, because of not reading carefully the settings of the created auto replies

I create three of them

First one:

look at the reply to all posts checkbox, this is required, if you want to check all replied posts

Second one:

This one is only for the first post.

The third one is like the first one.

Result:
