found no option for ''Watch this ticket'' when using Tickets 2.0.4. I found that you need to add something to "Ticket Fields" to use this option of Watch this ticket. Has anyone used this addons? How to add ''Watch this ticket'' to "Ticket Fields"?
Just like ''Watch this thread'', when a thread or ticket has a reply, you will receive forum and email alerts.
