RSS Feed/News Sub categories are displayed on desktop view but not the mobile view.

I just noticed that sub categories are displayed on the desktop view but not mobile view. I have searched but can't find a setting. Can this be forced via CSS? I created this style a long time ago. I'm trying to remember if I created the sub category display or if it's a XF function.
