Simple @everyone Tag - Tag everyone with a simple @everyone

I built something simple which allows you to do @everyone, it currently doesn't show visually.

It's simple, easy and click and play, you can define who gets the everyone tag in options by usergroup IDs, you can define who can trigger the @everyone tag by usergroup IDs also there.

It runs in batches of 100.
