RSS Feed/News Security Lock Email Message

When a user logs in to an account that is security locked with the "user must reset password" option, the system displays this message:

Your account is currently security locked and awaiting a password reset. A request was sent to {email}

Is there an add-on that can star our the email address in this message? Like instead of displaying [email protected] it shows something like y*******l@g****.com
