Route filters with Turkish Characters Issue

Hello, in Xenforo version 2.2.9, I get an error when I type characters that are not in the English alphabet into the route filter. For example, when I use characters in the Turkish alphabet (such as ö-i-ü-g-ç-ş) in the url address, It will say, "Oops! We ran into some problems.
The requested page could not be found."I get an error. How can I solve this? Thanks for your help.
