RSS Feed/News Renew another member's license

[ENXF NET]

I help run a forum with a couple other admins, one of whom has the license under his account. Recently we tried sharing account license privileges here at XenForo (he sent me an invite link, and I have a XenForo customer account now) but I do not currently see any license available in my customer portal. Is there something he needs to do on his end to make this show, or is this simply not possible currently?

We've been co-admins of this forum for 20+ years (well before XenForo was a thing)...
