RSS Feed/News Redesign the Member List

I've tried looking in the Resources area for a customization like this, but I can't seem to locate anything. Maybe I have to build it myself. Basically, what I'm looking for is to redesign the Members Page -> Registered Members into a Member Tile list. Each member would be listed as a square with their avatar, name, Date Registered, Post Count, and maybe Age, or Last Seen. Very basic information. Like in the attachment.
