RSS Feed/News Rebuild class extension cache after file cleanup

After xf:file-clean-up has been run, the class extension cache should be rebuilt. This is because \XF::getClassForAlias() behaves differently depending on if there are out of date files, and that function is called during the class extension cache building method.
