RSS Feed/News Rating total percentages are incorrect

There's a resolved bug report at https://xenforo.com/community/threa...the-phrase-appears-in-other-languages.227943/ but it is not resolved.

I've copied my reply in that thread below in case it's preferred to have a new thread re-reporting the issue.
