The Quick Arrows Up/Down are missing from a page following making or replying to a post on Windows desktop.
If I reply to a topic without using an emoji/smilie the up/down arrows work as intended
If I reply to a topic and add an emoji/smilie then the up/down arrows don't show
To replicate: Visit a thread > reply to a post > scroll up and the arrows don't appear.
If you refresh the page after making the post they work as expected.
