I have the gmp, mbstring and openssl extensions enabled and have HTTPS enabled now. And that red error went away however I still have
"Your board does not meet the requirements to be an installable progressive web app. Please ensure the settings listed below are filled out correctly."
I've not changed any settings below, only got rid of the red error, I just assumed it would be active and I would be able to make adjustments accordingly?
