So I have a paypal business account - used for the annual donations. This year it seems the rules have changed. I kept getting notifications asking me to upload a Letter of Authorisation and Business regulations. A while back I tried uploading something and a letter saying I'm the sole person to authorise. They got rejected. But nothing happened and the account was working fine with the only limitation being that it wouldn't let me create a button.
