ENXF NET submitted a new resource:

[OzzModz] Create Question Thread Permissions - Add permissions to create question threads

This small addon will give you the ability to set which usergroups can create question type threads, This is useful for sites that allow multiple thread types in forums. You can find the permission " Can create question thread" under the "Forum permissions" block in usergroup permissions. Thanks to @Rudy for the code and working out all the bugs.
