I just need some help so I am trying to do some coding and figure out how to do this

Not the 5 years but the Owner part. I want it to show only for a member not the group. I have this but I tried changing the coding around and cant seem to get it to point for my user name only. can someone help me with this please. so instead of staff team, I want to have that but I also want Owner to show where I have it now. But the only thing is its showing for everyone lol. I do not want it to do that, I want it to show for me only. like how staff team is.
