[MMO] Who Downloaded This Resource - Plugin for displaying the list of users who downloaded the resource

Plugin for displaying the list of users who downloaded the resource in XenForo Resource Manager. If you do not have the XenForo Resource Manager add-on installed , then you will not be able to install the plug-in, because the required add-on is checked.

GrazyCatThe "Downloaders" tab never showed up for me, I granted myself the "Can view downloaders by Anyone".
I am using XFRM 2.2.4 and RM Marketplace 5.0.4
