Retire inactive accounts without deleting them.

Every forum builds up accounts that haven't been touched in years. You can leave them sitting there forever, or you can delete them and lose the posts and the chance the person ever comes back. Sunset is the middle option. Quiet accounts move through a series of stages, and almost everything can be undone if the member returns.
