• Be fluent in english (writing)
• Preferably have XenForo experience (not a must)
• Have skills in leading a community

Gaming communities are mostly runed by incompetent people، and the content of their forum are usually poor because they lack the necessary skills.
You can quickly rise by collaborating with the skilked guys. However high quality features and content are, so many people are attracted to it, which I think we (in future) and you deserve. It's an idea, maybe it's bad and maybe it's good.
