(k4) XF Global Statistics - forum and members statistics

Redesign of the (k4) Global Statistics plugin, in the XenForo style.

• The design has been changed.
• The settings menu has been changed.
• There is a setting of the number of columns and the color of the cards, as well as all the settings from the original plugin.

There is no vertical mode yet.
The plugin is still being tested...
