Upload the content of "upload" folder to your "root" path. or use " Install/upgrade from archive"
Log in to your "ACP" and go to "Add-on" page.
Select addon and click the Install Add-on button.
Update by using " Install/upgrade from archive" and enable Overwrite existing files for add-on rebuilds / upgrades while updating in XF 2.2 and/or XF 2.3...
