Is there anyway to set DragonByte Credits event for XFRM?

Hey Guys,
I know the title is not clear.
Let me explain here: Basically, I want to create two events on DragonByte Credits.

1. When someone downloads a resource he will be charged an amount suppose 5 Credit.
2. The person who uploaded that resource he will earn that 5 Credit amount.

It's kind of exchanges of credit or you can say buy and sell too.

I already created the 1st event but have no idea about the 2nd one.

Hope you guys can help me out.

Oh! I have another question what's the different between Download and Downloaded event?

but I can't do the second one which is "The person who uploaded that resource he will earn that 5 Credit amount."

NB: I am not talking about one-time uploading credit. he will get the 5 credits every time someone downloads his resources.
