Is there a BBCODE addon for adult sites ?

I would like something similar to this : https://enxf.net/resources/s9e-media-sites.422/download , but covering the most important +18 Adult sites for videos and pictures.
I try to do it manually with BBCODE, and in some cases it works, but sometimes only for video, or only for GIF, and viceversa. And it's a big work to do it for all the most important sites, and check them everytime there are changes in their code.
