RSS Feed/News infos_url value for OAuth?

I'm developing an app with symfony and I'm using HWIOAuthBundle with the goal of signing in using my message board as a user provider. The package requires an "infos_url" value: https://github.com/hwi/HWIOAuthBundle/blob/master/docs/resource_owners/others.md

Where can I find this value? It's not the /me API endpoint, right?
