RSS Feed/News Import keeps crashing.

[ENXF NET]

I'm trying to import from vb 3.8 using the CLI and it keeps crashing with the following message :

php cmd.php xf:import
Starting import from vBulletin 3.7, 3.8...

The new installation only has 1 user which is the admin user.

There is nothing in the logs.

This only happens with the CLI...
