How do I get this type of record out using google or Discord. Can you help me?

You need to configure connected accounts in the ACP, these are the default providers which can be activated:

• Facebook
• Twitter
• Google
• GitHub
• Linkedin
• Microsoft
• Yahoo

For Discord you need to install one of the discord addons, like
