How to stick rich text editor

I installed unlimited scroll addon, i really want to enable in thread view but im worry about threads with many replies user will not be able to reply because will be hard to get text editor

How to sticky it and if wants to comment to reply just Rich txt editor to appier bottom of post contener like here, but not changing post view to comment
