Xenforo 2.1 How to force user to post resource and not a thread for a single node?

So I have multiple nodes & categories but 1 single resource category

Well problem is some idiots don't know that and rather than posting it as a resource they post as thread
(I want them to post a resource and resource makes a thread automatically (i got that set))

So Should I configure permissions of that node to not post but I want the thread of resource too?

Any idea how that would work
