Xenforo 2.1 How to disable this theme house branding ?

i am using TH monitize and there is sponeredd ads , this line irrate us sponsored by ads how can we remove it ? any idea

here is the codes but im not sure if it will remove that you need to find the source to remove ad code

than you need to go in to your theme and look for the codes and just remove the coding
