RSS Feed/News How to allow another admin access to localhost XF setup

So I want to allow someone access to my localhost XF install so we can set it up how we want and then transfer it somewhere live, preferrably to a home server I want to setup to save costs. How would I go about allowing this other coadmin access to that install? I'm sure someone here has experience with this.

As a second part to this, can anyone guide me on how to create my own home server to put this on? I'll have an extra system to do this. Is there a guide anywhere for both...
