How fix Email invalid (bounced) Xenforo 2

Hi everybody,

Many user of my forum is receive note after login must change Email , if no their account will get state Email invalid (bounced).
I check have about 2k member required change email although their email still working.

Anybody can for mem advice or help me!

There are many reasons why emails bounce, why there are not many reasons

I get this error after i install addon DragonByte Mail but i uninstalled ! but member still received require change Email and state Email invalid (bounced).
