Mariana Zapataas mentioned above it is not a good practice to spy your users password, even if you do this, the users should informed to be aware of it.

Why do you want this, do you want to get the information, because most users use the same email and password on different sites?

So if you get this version from another site, then take it from there. You can also take a look into the code to change it in this way, I guess you will not get the information from here. Not from my end.
