Hi, I want help with the configuration of user promotions.
The users who register go to the group of registered but I have created another group called assets, I want that user to make x messages go from the registered group to the active group as I configure

You can achieve that, as you can suspect, in the Group Promotions in the ACP. In the "Promotion options" tab you pick the user group you want your users to apply, "Assets" in this case. And in the "Apply this promotion while..." you select the "User has posted at least X messages:" checkbox and enter the number of messages the user should have to apply for the new group.

Keep in mind once done the users who match with the criteria aren't automatically promoted to the "Assets" group. There's a cron job which does that task every 20 minutes. If you want to see the results right now you can go to Tools -> Cron Jobs, look for "User group promotions" job and click "Run Now" icon (the one which looks like a refresh icon ? )

Okay, but I use it as a secondary rank. I want the user who is in a registered group to pass to the new group that I have created called when I reach x messages.

You mean, enter the Assets group and leaving the Registered group? If that, I don't see what's the benefit for it. Just fine tune the permissions according to the user group.

of course I mean can you ?? I have tried but as I say it puts it as a secondary rank

Or can you tell me how I can add an image in the user titles depending on each x messages, add a specific banner as a new user 0 messages, active user 10 messages elite user 40 messages mr do you understand the idea?

@ElRoble I think I got what you mean. It's regarding which group is showing first for the users when looking in their profiles or post pages. The user group promotion will put your users where you want but how the groups banners are displayed is what you're looking for (I think). Just define a high "Display styling priority" (Group & Permissions > User Groups) in your higher groups ("Registered" should have a low one or the lowest along with "Unregistered / Unconfirmed").

When registering, the users go by default to registered and thus exit

but when doing for example x messages they must pass to the active user group but when doing the promotion I get like this

Now the question is how can I modify or if there is another method so that the user when reaching x messages goes to the active group and remains like this

Decilo en español modo taringuero, que no se te entiende bien. ¿Solo quieres mostrar el rango más alto obtenido y no mostrar todos los rangos anterirores como aparecen aquí en este foro?

Osea q el usuario q está en el grupo registrado pase al grupo activo al llegar a x mensaje

Al hacer eso q hme indicastes ya no tengo la opción de colocar un rango secundario
Quiero q me entiendas yo tengo 4 rangos primarios q son admin, mod users activo y use registrado y tengo varios rangos secundarios lo q quiero es q hacer la promoción de usuario entre los rangos primarios de q el registrado pase a activos x x mensajes y colocar su rango secundario como ejemplo youtuber, diseñador, colaborador me entiendes?
