XenForo 2.0 Group banners are not displayed under the avatar.

I am a beginner in Xenforo and have a question about the groups you can create in xenforo.
I have created a group in the forum and would like to add users to the group, the group membership should be visible under the avatar. Only the banner is not displayed. What is the reason for this?
