Forum Watchers - Displays the list of watchers and the total watcher count on the forum view page.

This add-on enhances your forum view page by displaying the total count and a popup visual list of members who are currently watching that specific forum. It adds transparency, encourages community engagement, and helps users see who is active in their favorite niches.
