[cXF] Resource View Sidebar - emove whole the sidebar in the resource view or just individual blocks or move it below the content

Description
Remove whole the sidebar in the resource view or just individual blocks or move it below the content.

Features:

• hide the whole sidebar in the resource view
• hide individual elements in the sidebar in the resource view (info block, buttons, more from this author block, etc.)
• move the sidebar below the resource content
